Eyebrow Lamination

Eyebrow lamination is a cosmetic procedure that redirects your brow hairs and defines them into a gorgeous professional-looking shape. It’s essentially a perm - but for your brows. It creates glossier and thicker eyebrows while manipulating them into a perfectly symmetrical position.

Wondering what to expect when you come for your brow lamination appointment? Here’s how it works:

• First, we’ll clean your eyebrows to get them nice and ready for the procedure
• Next, we’ll apply the lamination treatment and brush the brow hairs upwards to straighten and lift them into position.
• We’ll then clean off the solution and use a neutralising product on the brows to set them in place. 
• Once this is removed, a keratin solution leaves your eyebrows well-nourished and looking silky and sophisticated.

Eyebrow laminations can also involve additional sculpting and waxing depending on your needs. Or you can also opt for an eyebrow tint. Laminating your brows will make sure your shape is retained for up to four weeks.

At LA Eyebrows, we recommend not letting your eyebrows get wet for 24 hours after your eyebrow lamination procedure. This includes doing any strenuous exercise that might produce a lot of facial sweat. You don’t want to distort your beautiful new brows! If you prefer the high gloss aesthetic you get immediately after the process, you can apply a brow gel or serum to your eyebrows to recreate that ‘wet look’. Otherwise, you can just enjoy your newly laminated eyebrows in their sleek and sculpted state with occasional brushing.

Eyebrow lamination is an excellent answer for those who shy away from invasive techniques like tattooing, threading or microblading. It is often referred to as a brow perm, but in fact, it has the opposite effect. It doesn’t curl your eyebrow hairs, it straightens them. The keratin-based solution we use is specifically created for your eyebrow hairs. It softens the eyebrow cuticles so  our specialists brush your brows into your desired shape using a keratin treatment and leave them to straighten and set.
